Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Post this window, orders are processed and prepared for shipping, making cancellation infeasible.

Cancellation Fee: A restocking fee of $20 will be charged for all cancellations, reflecting the costs incurred in processing the order.

Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before confirmation.

Refund Policy



Eligibility for Return: We have a 90-day return or replacement policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.. To be eligible for a return, proof of use and purchase is mandatory for processing returns.

Return Shipping Responsibility: The customer bears the responsibility and cost of return shipping. We advise using a tracked shipping method for secure and verifiable returns.

Refund Processing: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the item and process your refund if the return criteria are met. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Denial: We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or is returned beyond the stipulated return window.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

Customers wishing to exchange an item must return the original item as per our return policy. Upon acceptance of the return, a separate purchase for the new item can be made.

Christmas Delivery Notice

Important Delivery Information: Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders made after December 1st. Additionally, Ozeva SlimPatch™ will not be liable for any orders that do not arrive in time for Christmas. It is advised to place orders well in advance to avoid any potential delays during the busy holiday season.
