When you choose to subscribe to Ozev SlimPatch™ warranty you are covered for any past and future purchases you make. This covers any issues including water damage. To avail of the warranty all you have to do is reach support and we will replace your product. You do not have to return the original product Ozev SlimPatch™will simply send you a new product with free tracked shipping. you may cancel your subscrpition at any time by contacting support. Ozev SlimPatch™can not refund the subscription fees for any months you have already used the service.
